Folding House:  Pattern includes folding house approximately 8" x 9 1/2" x 12" with various appliques, a quilted roof and walls.  Also included are rug 7" sleeping bag and doll approximately 5" tall.  Instructions included for quilting. 

Sewing Rating: Easy

Fabrics: Soft or Crisp fabrics, Calico, broadcloth, chintz and gingham.  Unsuitable for obvious diagonals. Allow Extra fabric to match plaids or stripes. Use Nap yardages/layouts for pile, shaded or one-way design fabrics. * with nap **w/o nap.

Notions: 1 oz. of Polyester Fiberfil, 1/2" Bias Tape single fold 3/8 yd. of 1/2" Flat Eyelet Lace Seven Small Decorative Buttons, Hooks and Eyes, 3/4 Yd. 3/8 Self Gripping Fastener Tape.  White Craft Glue and Embroidery floss.  One skein each of blue brown and black. 

Condition:  This pattern is complete, with instructions and all pattern pieces.  It is uncut and factory folded. The envelope may show storage and shelf wear with nicks or tears. The pictures are of the exact item you will be receiving.

Shipping: Orders are shipped within 1-3 days. Canada shipping is Letter mail or Expedited depending on the size and weight of the item and the destination. All items are sealed in plastic and placed in an envelope for safe travels. If multiple items have been purchased fees are adjusted and overages are refunded.
