Halloween Party Accessories One Size:  Patterns and instructions included for making mobile, table runner, buffet caddy, banner apron and tote bag. Instructions included for making a cover for a folding chair from a sheet and decorating a purchased wreath.  Four Motifs are included to use as appliques or ornaments.  Pre printed tote with mask panels may be used to decorate some of the items.

Condition:  This pattern is complete, with instructions and all pattern pieces.  It is uncut and factory folded. The envelope may show storage and shelf wear with nicks or tears. The pictures are of the exact item you will be receiving.

Shipping: Orders are shipped within 1-3 days. Canada shipping is Letter mail or Expedited depending on the size and weight of the item and the destination. All items are sealed in plastic and placed in an envelope for safe travels. If multiple items have been purchased fees are adjusted and overages are refunded.
