Fabrics: A: Costume in Broadcloth, Calico, Gingham, Novelty Sequin Fabric. A,B Blouse, B Shorts, C Costume, D Skirt in satin. B cape, Skirt and Corset Front Panel in Novelty Chiffon.  C Skirt Overlay, Upper Sleeves and Blouse Drape in Novelty Organza.  Appliques in Novelty Sequin Fabric. D Top in Novelty Satin. corset in Novelty Suede cloth.  Neck and Wrist Ruffles in Lame. Extra fabric needed to match plaids, strips or one-way design fabrics. 

Notions: Thread. On pkg, of 1/4" wide elastic, twelve large grommets with 1/4" opening, one 7" zipper, one skirt hook and eye.  A: Three pkgs of jumbo metallic rick rack, two hook and eyes, two 7/8 buttons. C: 4" long 3/4" wide self fastener. Crown: 10"x16" piece of frosted or clear acetate, double-sided adhesive transparent tape, flitter glue.  Wand: 11"x12" piece of cardboard for star, 48" long 1/4" diameter dowel, silver acrylic paint, glue. D: Embroidery thread, one small comb, one pkg. of 1/2" wide single fold bias tape. 

Condition: This pattern is complete, with instructions and all pattern pieces.  It is uncut and factory folded. The envelope may show storage and shelf wear with nicks or tears. The pictures are of the exact item you will be receiving
