Child's Shirt and Skirt, A Yes I Can, Learn To Sew Pattern:  The top-stitched shirt with front button closing has stand-up collar, set-in sleeves with turn-back cuffs and pockets.  V. 2 shirt with contrasting detail has matching skirt with elastic waistline casing forming ruffle. 

UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
