Misses' Dress In Two Lengths Or Top:  the top-stitched dress or top stitched to neck band, has front gathers, low round neckline, back zipper, short raglan sleeves with turn back cuffs and belt stitched over front gathers and tied in back.  Regular length dress V. 1 and top V. 3 feature contrasting neck band, cuffs and belt.  floor length V. 2 has lace overlays over self fabric neck band, cuffs and belt. 

UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
