Simplicity 7338, Child's Dress and Purse, Peter Pan Collar, Long/Short Sleeves, Size 3-6, Uncut

Dress has contrast Peter Pan collar, back zipper, full skirt gathered to bodice at waistline seam, sleeves gathered to bands and attached slip with Ne ruffle.  A and C have long sleeves.  B has short sleeves.  B and C have contrast front mock-vest with button trim and back ties.  B has contrast skirt band and appliques for mock vest cut from novelty printed lengthwise striped fabric. Purse has buttoned flap and shoulder strap. 

UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
