Whirly Girly & Bella Skirts: These simple yet unique skirts will let your child's spirit shine through. With no zippers or buttons, these skirts are easy to make yet still look polished with waistbands that have a smooth front and elastic back. Whirly Girly is a smooth, circular skirt that uses either purchased bias binding or custom made bias binding for the waistband and hem. Bella is a full and playful skirt with a top layer of tulle and ribbons/tulle ruffle.

UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
