Child's Dress or Jumper and Blouse:  Sleeveles, flared dress or jumper and back buttoned blouse.  Square necked dress or jumper is lined with organdy and is buttoned at left front.  right side of front panel is trimmed with buttons.  Blouse has three-quarter length set-in sleeves which are gathereredand bound with bias self-fabric.

Fabrics: Dress or Jumper: Velveteen, Corduroy, Linen, Pique, Tissue Flannel, Lightweight w=Wool, Synthetic Mixtures, Cotton Satin; Bloue Plaids or checks, stripes, Printed Cotton, Cotton Broadcloth, Synthetic Mixtures. 

Notions: Thread. Dress or Jumper: Ten 1/2" Buttons for Size 2, 3, 4 or 5.  Twelve 1/2" Buttons for Size 6 or 6x blouse; Five 1/2" Buttons. 

Condition:  This pattern is complete, with instructions and all pattern pieces accounted for. It has been cut and gently used.  The envelope may show storage and shelf wear with nicks or tears. The pictures are of the exact item you will be receiving.
