McCall's 7949 Misses' Top, Size 6-8, Cut, Vintage 1982

Buttoned top has notched shawl collar; yoke with forward shoulder seams extends into sleeves.  top-stitch trim.  Optional purchased belt. 

UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
