Misses' Dresses:  Semi-fitted double or single-breasted dress has self or contrast collar and front and back waistline tucks; slightly extended shoulders with long or short sleeves or sleeveless have shoulder pads. 

UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
