McCall's 4382 Boys' Shirt, Pants, Shorts, Size 7, Cut, Vintage 1989

Children's and Boys' Shirt, Pants and Shorts:  Front buttoned long or short sleeved shirt has collar and patch pockets with optional buttons.  Long sleeved shirt has sleeves pleated into buttoned cuffs. Pleated pants or pleated shorts with cuffs have front zipper opening, inset pockets, front waistband, elastic in back waistband casings, optional belt carriers, optional back pocket with buttoned flap, purchased woven labels, suspenders and belt. 

UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
