Vogue 1883, Misses' Dress, Size 8-12, Uncut, Vintage 1987

Misses' Dress:  Dress, above ankle, has neckline variations, shoulder pads, elastic (seamed waist), flared skirt, side pockets and short or long sleeves. Narrow hem. A, B, C, D: semi-fitted bodice.  e: loose-fitting, bias front bodice. Purchased belt, sash and flower. 

UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
