Misses' and Women's Dress and Tie Belt: Dress V. 1 or 2 with stand up collar, front band button closing and long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs, can be worn with or without tie belt. V. 2 features self ruffle trim. 

UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
