Misses' Pull-On Romper: top-Stitched romper with pants stitched to bodice at elasticized waistline has patch pockets, rounded neckline and buttoned or snap fastened closing on extended shoulders.  

UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
