McCall's 6417 Misses' Dress, Vest, Size 14-16, Uncut, Vintage 1978

Misses' Dress And Vest:  Loose fitting, pullover dress with fronts and backs cut bias has side seam pockets, neckband and buttoned front bands; long or elbow length raglan sleeves gathered into bands; tie belt or purchased belt is optional.  Buttoned vest has back ties and is faced with contrast fabric. 

UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
