UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.Misses'/Miss Petite Dresses: Dress has neckline variations, semi-fitted bodice with front gathers and back darts, empire waist, A-line skirt with front and back darts and back zipper; dress A,B or C have lined bodice, dress C,E or F have cap sleeves, dress D,E or F are fully lined, and has a shaped hemline. 
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
