Misses' Skirt:  Semi-fitted skirts have side front and back seams, back zipper and hemline variations, narrow hem.  A: flounces. A, C: shaped hemline, wronng side shows 

UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
