Misses' See & Sew Dress: Dress, below mid-calf, has notched collar, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, very loose-fitting, blouson bodice, back pleated into yoke with forward shoulder seams, pocket with mock band, elastic waist, flared skirt, side pockets, stitched hems and long sleeves with pleats and button cuffs.

UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
