Misses'/Misses' Petite Dress: Pullover dress, lower calf, has blouson bodice, elastic (seamed) waist and flared skirt.  A: loose-fitting bodice, back neck slit with button/lop, shoulder pads and cap sleeves.  B: semi-fitted bodice, cutaway armholes.  Purchased belt. 

UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
