Misses' Dress:  Pullover, empire waist dress has gathered front, tie ends and sleeves gathered into sleeve bands.  A: low neckline and short sleeves.  B: cowl neck and above wrist sleeves. 

UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
