Toddlers' Dress, Lined Vest, Shirt And Pants:  Empire dress with front buttoned bodice and back ties has puff short sleeves and tucking detail at hem and lace collar; front buttoned shirt has collar and short sleeves; vest is double-breasted and boxy; pull-on pants have back elastic and side scam pockets. 

UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
