Dress has back zipper, sleeves gathered to bands, full skirt gathered to bodice at waistline seam, contrast front and back bodice panels, side ties. Peter Pan collar and attached slip with Net ruffle.  A has long sleeves. B with short sleeves has under collar and contrast skirt band and optional applique cut from border printed fabric.  Self lined Hat with band has back elastic casing.  Hat in sizes Small (20"), Medium (21"), Large (22").

UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
