Butterick Sewing Pattern 3171 Children's/Girls' Dress, Below Knee Lengths, Fitted, Dropped Waist, Elbow Sleeves, Flared Overskirt, Ruffles, Size 5-6X, Uncut, Vintage 1993

Children's Dress:  Dress above ankle, has fitted, shaped, slightly dropped waist bodice with side front seams, flared overskirt, skirt, attached petticoat with ruffle, back zipper and 3/4 length sleeves with elastic ruffle.  Purchased trim.  A: contrast bow, knots and ruffles.  B: contrast bodice front skirt, and bow and knot.  C: contrast overskirt and purchased flowers.  

Sewing Rating: Average

Fabrics: Dress A, B, C:  Broadcloth, Taffeta, Damask and Polished Cotton.  Contrast C: Organza.  Petticoat Ruffle: Netting.   Unsuitable for obvious diagonals. Allow Extra fabric to match plaids or stripes. Use Nap yardages/layouts for pile, shaded or one-way design fabrics. * with nap **w/o nap.

Notions: Dress A, B, C 16" Zipper, 1 3/8 yds. of 6" Single Edge Scalloped Trim, 1/2 yd. of 1/4" Elastic and 1/2" Single Fold Bias Tape.  Also for C: Four Purchased flowers.   

Condition:  This pattern is complete, with instructions and all pattern pieces.  It is uncut and factory folded. The envelope may show storage and shelf wear with nicks or tears. The pictures are of the exact item you will be receiving.

Shipping: Orders are shipped within 1-3 days. Canada shipping is Letter mail or Expedited depending on the size and weight of the item and the destination. All items are sealed in plastic and placed in an envelope for safe travels. If multiple items have been purchased fees are adjusted and overages are refunded.
