Boys' Sport and Dress Shirt: (A) Pull over shirt with convertible collar, band closing, set in long band cuffed sleeves, patch pocket, top stitch trim (B) short sleeved shirt with poncho hem. (C) Long sleeved front buttoned shirt, standard hem ( D ) short sleeved version.

Notions: Thread. view A: 5 buttons, 1/Yd. 25" Interfacing. View B 3 Buttons.  1/8 yd. 25| interfacing.  view C: 7 Buttons.  View D: 5 Buttons.  Views C and D: 25" Interfacing: 5/8 yd. for Sizes 4 and 6; 3/4 Yd. for Sizes 8 to 12, 7/8 yd. for size 14. 

Condition:  This pattern is complete, with instructions and all pattern pieces accounted for. It has been cut and gently used.  The envelope may show storage and shelf wear with nicks or tears. The pictures are of the exact item you will be receiving.

Shipping: Orders are shipped within 1-3 days. Canada shipping is Letter mail or Expedited depending on the size and weight of the item and the destination. All items are sealed in plastic and placed in an envelope for safe travels. If multiple items have been purchased fees are adjusted and overages are refunded.
