High-fitted, flared dress in three lengths or tunic has surplice neckline, gored skirt, and short puff or full length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs.  Slightly flared pants have elasticized waistline and back zipper.   Purchased ribbon or eyelet trim. 

UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
