Loose-fitting top has collar variations, shoulder pads, and long sleeves with elasticized tuck.  Narrow hem. A and B: pullover, dropped shoulders C and D: front extends into tie ends. Wrong side may show on collar and tie ends.  D: purchased trim. 

UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
