Infants' Dress, Panties & Party Pants:  Loose-fitting dress or party pants have self or contrast collar, yokes, back zipper and above elbow or long sleeves with elastic.  Purchased trim.  A, B: flared skirt.  C, D snap crotch closing and elastic legs.  Panties have elastic waist and legs and no side seams. 

UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
