Semi-fitted and flared dress 3" (7.5 cm) below mid-knee with or without ribbon trim has back zipper elasticized waistline, side seam pockets, short or full length sleeves gathered at cap, self tie belt and button trim. 

UNCUT = it is not used and factory fold.
CUT = has been cut and gently used.
